Taking the Leap and Trusting Your Voice
February 9th, 2017
Happy Friday, friends! WOW! It's been 4 weeks and there are already close to 400 of you here! THANK YOU! Thank you for your support! Thank you for your emails and feedback! Thank you for sharing with your friends and family! It means the world that you choose to spend a little time with me each week! I thought it would be nice to give you a glimpse into my own background and a bit about how Grit & Gratitude came to be.
A few months ago, I sat down with my friend Brittney Williams Woodrum from Turbulence Training and The New Early to Rise to discuss just that. We chatted a bit about my own health challenges, my jump from corporate warrior to fitness and mindset entrepreneur, my philosophy around making real change, and the importance of community (AKA Tribe).
Our audience for this particular podcast were women looking to make the transition from working a day job to being a full time entrepreneur, but I think the concepts we discuss apply to anyone looking to make a change in virtually any area of their lives. I think we all struggle with feeling stuck, or paralyzed at one time or another. I think we've all dealt with "imposter syndrome" somewhere along the way. It's in those times that it's more important than ever to trust our intuition, trust our voice, and tap into our grit in order to take that leap and make our impact on the world.
Take a listen HERE and let me know if anything resonates with you! Let me know where you feel stuck. What leap are you desperately wanting to take in your life?
Think someone else in your life would enjoy being part of our Grit & Gratitude tribe? Help me spread the love by forwarding this email so they can SIGN UP to receive my weekly newsletter!
Thanks again for being here! Hope you have an awesome weekend!
