Alright, you’ve taken the first step towards your goals by signing up for training. Once you get in a routine, you’ll be rocking in no time. The next step, and for many of us the toughest step, is to start looking at the way we feed ourselves.  In our experience, nutrition is where folks struggle the most when it comes to making real, lasting change.  And we get it - food is delicious and hormones are wacky.  That’s why we always talk about both in our consults!


 

HABIT-BASED NUTRITION

Habit-based nutrition, or the “quality piece” is where most folks get started with us.  You’ve heard “Quality over quantity”?  We believe this is the perfect place to start.  We find that most of the folks that are coming through our doors are actually undereating most of the time. More specifically, they’re undereating protein and fiber, and overeating fats and carbs - and usually with hormones that are all over the place. Once a month, clients will work with Coach Shelley to focus on improving the quality of the foods they’re eating while creating healthy habits that will help balance their hormones. Folks start feeling, performing and looking better almost instantly.  In each consult we’ll also look at any metrics you’d like to track such as weight, body fat, inches, food journals etc.

HABIT-BASED NUTRITION IS INCLUDED IN EACH AND EVERY MEMBERSHIP WE OFFER, INCLUDING THE 3-WEEK BOOT CAMP TRIAL.


 
TAILORED MACRO COACHING

Tailored macro coaching, or the “quantity piece" comes in to play once you’ve built a strong base and mastered habit based nutrition. Coach Shelley will determine the unique macronutrient breakdown appropriate for your body type, your schedule and your goals.  She’ll provide invaluable resources to keep you on track and will require a detailed weekly progress report from you in order to make any necessary tweaks and provide constant feedback to ensure you’re reaching your goals.
