Membership Offerings

Grit and Gratitude offers three primary membership offerings, including Bootcamp, Power Lifting and Yoga*. We offer combo memberships as well as couple and family plans. All memberships include unlimited access to our in-house nutrition specialist for habit based nutrition consults.

*A trial membership is required prior to becoming eligible for any membership.


 

 Bootcamp

This is our bread and butter! Join us for a 30 minute full body workout focused on safe intensity versus duration. Let’s face it - time and knowledge are the biggest constraints when it comes to getting fit! No one has 2 hours to spend at the gym! Here we believe that intensity trumps duration every day of the week. No more spending hours mindlessly chugging away on a treadmill or elliptical, or wandering around the free weight section without a game plan. Here we take out all the guesswork for you! Every day is a mix of both smart strength and efficient conditioning that can be modified for any level or ability. Our team can modify for past injuries, surgeries, you name it. We've safely modified for 30 pregnancies (with many members working out up to and on their due dates!) and are well-versed in serving our postpartum clients as well. We’ll tailor the workout and ensure that you are both safe and successful under the careful eye of not one but two certified trainers. And yes, you’ll be in, out and on with your day in just 30 minutes! This program provides twice the results in a fraction of the time, guaranteed.

 Powerlifting

Our 8 week personalized strength and conditioning program is centered around safely getting you proficient in the Big 3 (squat, bench and deadlift) while working towards the personal goals you set.

Our powerlifting program is appropriate for ages 15 and up. Spaces are limited and this program is typically waitlisted.

 Yoga

Join us for a restorative flow to help you reconnect to your breath, recover from your hard work in the gym and teach you various stretches you can incorporate into your own recovery at home.

All levels welcome. Single sessions and punch cards available.
